Just30 operates a client extranet to allow them to see recent invoices, access new areas of their site under development and to find out information such as time spent so far on their existing project.

The login is via a secure area, using industry standard encryption, and can be limited to specific access levels depending on employee access.

All attempts to access the client login area are logged, this information includes date, time, IP address, Operating Software, Browser being used etc.

The url of our client login is sent via email, together with access details, on separate emails. The client login area is not available to the general public and we do not have a demo of this area as part of our ongoing security commitment to our clients.

If you would like to see a security passed screen shot of what is contained in our client login area, please feel free to contact us although this is usually given out as part of our contract document.

Should you not be able to access the client login for legitimate reasons, please contact us with your name, organisation and a valid Just30 invoice number.
