Just30 has created an online system that allows ApolloGroup to fully track and audit all of the temporary staff, as well as allow their clients to place orders for shifts online which are instantly shown back at the HQ as well as locally to their onsite managers. Staff at the HQ can also receive SMS notification of orders placed to keep them fully in the loop. The screen shot opposite shows a page from the extensive temporary staff auditing area. This is a private site, with secure restrictions in place to record IP addresses and other data from attempted access.
